Tap an insurer for its claims number, email or portal, and any steps.
Texts go from your own phone: Text opens your Messages app with the message filled in, and you press Send. On a computer that only works if it's linked to your phone; otherwise use Copy. Follow-ups that are due show on Home.
The next number given to a new quote (Q-…) and invoice (INV-…). If QuickBooks already has estimates or invoices with these numbers, start above the highest one it uses.
A backup of every quote, invoice, customer, remembered part and your price rules is made automatically once a day. The last 30 are kept. Download one now and then and keep it somewhere safe (a USB drive or cloud folder). Restore from file replaces everything with a downloaded backup, after saving a backup of what is there now.
